Took my 6 year old for a taster session, the staff were very patient with him and all the other children. My child loved it and wants to go again as soon as possible. Nice coffee and sweet things to snack on while your child are climbing
Good size space with options for both bouldering and lead climbing. Staff are generally always friendly and helpful. Routes change fairly often every couple weeks which is a lot quicker than some of the Bristol centres. Cafe part is fairly basic but some options of cakes and pasties along with a little pizza menu. Only thing worth noting is there isn't any changing room facilities, so If you don't come prepared you'll have to use one of the disabled loos.
Great gym. Visit most days with a monthly membership. Very friendly and helpful staff and community. Evenings are a bit busier, and I'd recommend a "give it a go" session before taking a membership, but once you start it'll be your new favourite sport.
One of the best mornings I've spent with the kids. The tutors for the intro session are unbelievable, and the encouragement and guidance they give is brilliant. It's a great way to have fun and stay fit - feels like playing!
Great facilities to do climbing and bouldering in. Super friendly atmosphere to be in whether you're experienced in climbing or you're new to it. Staff are amazing. They're happy to help you with anything from finding the right shoe for you, to helping you work on your techniques. Highly recommend.
The staff are super friendly and polite. Brought my 8-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter for an introduction to climbing session and they both loved it. My son has ASD and ADHD but this was not an issue, although the walls are quite daunting as you first enter this didn't seem to be an issue for him.
All booked in and we arrived in time as the place is quite simple to find, loads of parking outside too. Once inside, I didn’t know we had to sign everyone in beforehand but luckily got there early and was able to use the QR code unlike my friend who used one of the iPads and it kept sticking. The children in our group were aged between 9 and 11, and had a great time going around the different climbs for 80-90 minutes, so really good value for £15 each. I can say the tutor was very experienced and very patient too. There is a small cafe there selling snacks and drinks. There are also good toilet facilities and shower rooms on site. We’ll definitely go back as the children had a great time.
Took my 10 Yr old grandson and he had a great time, we were lucky as he was the only one booked in with the instructor at that time, so he had a full. 1 hour and 20 mins tuition, obviously if there were 4 or 5 in the class, they would get less time to climb, which is understandable. In fact my grandson was getting a little tired toward the end, I will certainly be bringing him back, and perhaps I might have a go myself who am I kidding, I'm 58 and well over weight lol.
Excellent customer service, very helpful and polite, and also the instructor was very patient, softly spoken and very encouraging to the kids. Thank you!
Great staff. Good cafe. Various routes which are changed periodically. Bouldering section, auto belays, sectioned under 7s play area, free parking, free WiFi, kids parties, summer camps. Booking very important.
