The staff here were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. They gave us extra mayo the crab one and didn't charge us. The food was good - everyone was super happy with the burgers and some others had the Caesar salad and were also happy. And of course the view and location is incredible Rooms: 5/5
Lovely and accommodating staff - we came in on Easter Sunday with a group of 15 and a lovely space was found for us immediately by the manager. We had some grandparents with us and the ladies at the front desk were really helpful in finding appropriate seating for them and were very kind. The staff at the bar were amazing and came to deliver the drinks especially to our table. Credit to the young waiter who handled our long drinks order like a pro with a lot of patience! Thanks to everyone :

Nice hotel in the area with a great sea view. Good value for money. Hotel and the bar area is dog friendly and quite cozy. Good selection of food and drinks. We had some snacks and main dishes and is was delicious. Polite and friendly staff. They also have parking space as for hotel guests.Rooms: 5/5
Went for a weekend to a family 60 birthday and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and lovely decor. We were in the apartment at the top which had a balcony and upstairs it was like a turret where you could see for 360 ° over the sea and it had a TV. A very relaxing room. The staff you couldn't fault nothing was to much trouble for them. At breakfast I asked for a coffee from the machine in the bar, no problem. The breakfast was very good with a large selection to choose from. We have stayed in many hotels, but the Botany bay is up there with the best of them. Definitely will go back. Highly recommend.
Beautiful 2 night stay in this lovely hotel with stunning views over Botany Bay, Mark & Fiona who run the pub and hotel were the perfect hosts, constantly working and welcoming everyone. Rooms are what you would expect with lovely extras like biscuits, love hearts and free mineral water and both the lunch and breakfast I had were great. Very dog friendly and a perfect location for dog walks on the beach and the host dog Kenny is adorable!
Great hotel rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant food very good passed expectations.breakfast had a good selection of things to choose from and good quality.the only reason not to give 5 stars was the lack of TV channels in the room not even bbc 1 or 2.apart from that would definitely stay here again.but not with our dog as they charge per night so its cheaper to put him in kennels
We visited with a family member while they were around to see us. The food was lovely but the service wasn't the best on this occasion. We understand it was the day after boxing day and sure that the staff where a little burnt out but still would expect a better level of service. We would visit again for the ambiance, the views and the food and would hope that the waitresses would be a little more ready to help is all Overall good experience
Wow, Wow, Wow !!!! We stayed here on their Winter Promotion. Bed, Breakfast & a 3 Course Evening meal just £150 per night a Couple. The staff were friendly & hospitable. Our room was clean & beautifully decorated. Okay, we could nitpick over some scuffing on the bath panel. But for Value alone, this remains an Outstanding visit. The views across Botany Bay were just the icing on the cake. As "Arnie" says...I'll be back !!!
