Do not trust this place, placed an order said it was going to be 45 mins rang back after an hour to be told it will be 10 mins waited another 25 mins rang up again to be told it will be another half hour, rang back again to cancel the order, asked for a refund as I paid on card, they put me on hold for another 4 mins then hung up on me, rang back again to be told they can’t authorise a refund and have to wait for a manager, they then put me through to the manager who’s phone kept going to answer machine, had to ring back nearly 5 times as they kept hanging up on me and making excuses, after nearly 2 hours the driver turned up with cold food and said the manager was on holiday?! Absolutely disgusting so unprofessional, cold food waited 2 hours for it, refused my refund DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

Food delivered stone cold. Upon phoning and telling them the manager just informed me not to order from them again. Worst customer service ever received.
