Marvelous, very well maintained. A great collection of flora and fauna from across the world. Oceanic, rocky, tropic -all different kinds of plant are available. Different plantation process are very well explained. Every plant, tree is labelled. A very peaceful atmosphere. Would love to visit again and again.
Beautiful gardens, full of colour and sunlight. Lots of visual interest and drama. Good for all ages. A well-timed, Autumn visit. Well worth the trip. Good C-19 protocols.
Great place to spend more then just hour rushing through all they have show. Outside gardens are clean and tidy with cards stating plant species. Green Houses are the place where you'll see a bit more exotic plants, place is tightly packed with them
The gardens are amazing - both beautiful and educational, and a lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a summer's day. I also really enjoyed the international garden photographer of year display. There's plenty of seating space both in the sun and shade to enjoy a picnic. All in all, £6 well spent.
Such a beautiful place and worth a visit if you are in town as there is a great variety of plants and lovely greenhouses too. Have a picnic or visit the cafe and stay a bit. Close to the station and doesn’t take too long if you are doing a day trip. Been in winter and it was still amazing.
