this place is amazing completely different very very kind staff they go above and beyond every member of staff has been amazing and it's very clean and tidy the garden is lovely great community area they really care about your loved ones 10 out of 10
My father spent his last 7 weeks here under palliative care. The majority of the care workers and nurses were excellent especially Angel but the Management and Receptionist really need to go on a training course to learn compassion, empathy and kindness. The clue is in the title - it is a care home. I was very disappointed.
A truly wonderful home. I’m so thankful for the care provided by the loving staff at this home! They go above and beyond. Thank you!
The abuse from the staff to the residents is real and just because the home looks nice no one knows what happens where there is no cameras bad practice all the staff management and her daughter are like a gang of bull dogs awfull place very immature nurses who do not no what they are doing badly ran
My parent hasn’t been in here that long but from what I’ve seen it’s a good place,they seem to do a lot with the residents activity wise which is good and they all seem to care about them .I like how the have the outside bit aswell .Much better than the home they were in before .Very clean aswell .keep up the good work !
