Amazing hospital. It is always spotless and everyone is so friendly. I have had a couple of procedures here, as well as several appointments and they have always been on time.nnI would like to mention a few staff in particular who have gone the extra mile:n-Dr Zaidi and Dr Rao who were both fantastic and put me at easen-Dave who kept me calm during my colonoscopy, he was a laugh a minute and made me feel much calmern- Sam the lovely health care worker who went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay before the procedure and checked on me several times whilst waitingn- Josh who managed to get my cannula in first time which has never happened before anywhere!n-The two lovely nurses in recovery who were brilliant when I came out of my procedurennIt is a shame all hospitals can't run like this one, it's the very best!
Tap marks, very professional and always running on time, the NHS should send some staff down here to learn how to run a clinic properly
had my operation yesterday at boston west, everyone was great from when you walk in till you leave, my daha is fantastic and his team, after the op in recovery were two nurses one was called kelly who makes the best cups of tea ever i cannot remember the other nurses name but they were fantastic i would like to thank you all there. bestest hospital in the uk
Went in there for cataract eye operation on Friday staff very friendly help to put me at ease during op as I'm nervous around my eyes all my question s answered and nice call nxt day to make sure I was OK
My recent stay in Boston West Hospital was so well arranged from start to finish.nThe Hospital was clean,well run,the staff are amazing so informative so attentive to my needs,I cannot fault this Hospital at all,5 star.nThe phone call the following morning was a lovely surprise to check how I was feeling.nMany many thanks to all staff concerned.
