Ordered a few times previously, each time wed heard tales like it being under new management or better than it used to be, and so forth. We've had dry kebab meat, undercooked yet somehow also rubbery chicken, pizza so greasy as to be inedible. The salad sides tend to be a little flop of going-over lettuce and tasteless tomato. Chips are always stale. Breaded mushrooms were just the Lidl ones we normally get, but badly cooked and watery in the middle. Got a 'Too Good To Go bag from them last night, four quid for a small burnt pizza and a measly smattering of greasy chips. Hair on the pizza, too. When I turned up to collect the collection point was filthy. Packets stacked up everywhere, uncleaned grills, and things lying on the side for the flies that should really have been in a fridge. I'd encourage any regular customer to order for collection sometime, it paints a very different picture. Very unpleasant every time. Curiously, Just Eat rate them 4.6 stars out of 5, where everywhere else they're rated average 2 stars or worse so I reckon there's some review fiddling going on. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Just ordered for a treat for the kids my little girl had a burger which she tucked into she ate most if it but said it tasted weird she passed it to me after eating most if it I happened to turn it over and the roll was mouldy, absolutely disgusting.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WE ORDERED A CHICKEN SHISH KEBAB 6 HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN WINGS AND CHIPS. THE CHICKEN KEBAB LOOKED AND SMELT LIKE DOG FOOD, CHIPS WERE STONECOLD. WE COMPLAINED AND GOT SENT OUT A DONER KEBAB AND CHIPS.. THIS TIME CHIPS WERE HOT BUT ONLY ABOUT 15 CHIPS AND A MINGING KEBAB THAT WAS LITRALLY DRIPPING IN GREASE. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. STRAIGHT IN THE BIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE AVOID THIS PLACE.
The food looks like is was made by someone using their feet there was no sauce paid extra for a bbq chicken burger but there was no bbq salad looks like it was pulled out the ground from the local park
Made me sick and the driver lied about changing the order. It was freezing. My calls were rejected. Wish I could show you a picture of my vomit all green meat and chips
First time about few months back food was terrible and tasteless and yesterday exactly the same, bad and wrong on so many levels! Never go back even if I have to starve. By the way each time I’ve spent over £40!
Occasionally order from here, and love to have the burgers and their new Brie cheesy hogs!! Food tastes good, and for some reason I always end up with more fries than I realise!! Always great to heat up for a snack next day though! Lovely staff and will continue to enjoy food here.
Last time we ordered got chicken burger that came with only the bottom half off the bap. None of the chicken was even eatable and I'm not picky but my burger, the grease was black and gritty ffs. then we could not get through to complain.... so In short a complete waste of £40+ as it all went in the bin, we were so disappointed as we've used them before with no problems so now we will definitely stick to BFC
Been ordering from this lot for a while and never had a problem until last night. Ordered a 13” new yorker pizza, it was over cooked all over the bottom and around the sides, absolutely ruined the experience, couldn’t even taste the stuffed crust. Definitely didn’t worth the money. I’ll think twice next time...
It was discussion frist it was 35 late it was very cold and wrong I will never order from u again
