Fantastic customer service. Exchanged my set of headphone with no messing about. Had no reciept as they were bought abroad and the manager exchanged them as a gesture of goodwill. Very pleased with the staff and the service. This is how a store should be run.
Came in today with a pair of bose headphones that had some issues, and the staff were really understanding and kind about it and after thorough investigation kindly offered a replacement. Such customer care can be rare and deserves full credit! I can confidently keep recommending Bose headphones - as well as this particular store and its staff, 5/5!
Much more helpful and friendly staff than those at Regent's Street. Lost my silicons tip for my earphone and the staff offered me a free replacement as a good gesture.
My very expensive headphones that I bought in duty free in Oslo went wrong after almost a year. Not only did this shop change them for new ones on the spot without hesitation or fuss, they even let me change them for black ones, which I had wanted from the start but had been unable to buy at the duty free. Delighted with the service.
I just went to this Bose store at Westfield Shepherd Bush today and staff service was very very bad, years ago we bought our sound system, And we’re planning to buy this portable sound link system, when we came in the store nobody even try to help and assist us, I ask one of the male staff how to connect the sound, and he just pressed the button without saying anything, no hi/hello, how can i help you , nothing at all, so i was just listening and then came this Indian/asian staff and told me off and to lower down the tune as one of their customer was trying to listen as well, this really made me feel bad, not even saying how are you today? How can i help you? Is there anything we could for you?? Used to have a very good staff service here before, Bose products are really excellent but the way staff is treating you made a lot of difference, so I came to this girl and said to her, I wAs about to buy something from here but due to your poor customer service , i have changed my mind and soo very disappointed. If you hire these people , please make sure they undergo trainign how to treat their customers as their attitude towards me really pissed me off and ruined ky whole damn day!!!
A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIANCE Originally purchased a set of wireless earphones from Westfield Shepherds Bush on 20/09/2018 which were not suitable so decided to return them to the Bluewater store on 24/09/2018 for a refund as per retailer terms and conditions. The store assistant incorrectly refunded my Amex card and the refund failed to go back onto my card. Queried the transaction with Bose and was told that the refund had been fully completed their end and the problem was with Amex. Reported the problem to Amex who said it was a problem with the retailer.. Went back to Bose and they finally identified that the problem was in-fact their mistake. They agreed to pay the refund back into my bank account on 10/10/2018. As of 15/10/2018 still waiting for payment.. Went back to store and was assured the payment would arrive later that day or on 16/10/2018. To date I am still waiting for my money back.. With the original mistake identified being with the retailer I would have expected them to correct the problem asap but I am still left chasing my refund more than three weeks later.. Had and loved various Bose products for years and have always been a faithful customer who was happy to pay the premium. Unfortunatly my recent experience has been so poor I am more likely to go for SANOS products when updating my home entertainment system early next year.
Giacomo think that's his name was on the evening stint 29/02/2016 - I can honestly say, the service was impeccable. no questions asked. I bought my bose headphones just under a year ago, they were faulty with the volume controls, and hey presto, replaced. Hats off to him - he deserves 5 million points not just 5. Awful customer service felt like i was there to annoy them, then to actually go to them for assistance. Would never go back to the store and ill go staright to the phone. Disapointing, after i spent over £300 on a pair of headphones.
Better store than the flagship store. Very helpful staff and good speaker audition room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Fantastic quality - prices to match but they don't let you down, and if they do the staff are very helpful and replacements can be done in-store. Great!
