From initial consultation to finished job, David and his team provided a very friendly and professional service. We were impressed with the speed at which they worked; depending on what was still to be completed, at least two men, sometimes six, would be here to start sharp at 8.00 am. They were all very approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble no matter how pernickety we felt we were being. Attention to detail is their hallmark! We will definitely use them from now on and are happy to recommend them to anyone.

We are thrilled with the work done by Borthwick's at our new house. Would definitely use them again and recommend thoroughly. The stairs in particular have been much admired by all our visitors!
