*HONEST REVIEW* Don't be fooled by the Oftsed report that was when Miss Considine was in charge ever since Judith came to this school has gone down the drain in every aspect and in every way which is extremely sad because this school has so much potential to do well. Depression is the first word that comes to mind when I try to describe this school. Students have lack of discipline and respect screaming like a bunch of animals down the corridors. Teachers in this school try their very best but you can see in their eyes that their losing the will to live slowly yet surely. Regardless of the pressures they face from within the school and from the government an overwhelming number of them still smile and show an incredible level of enthusiasm and dedication to the subject I am honoured and privileged to be taught by them grateful for their hard work and effort. There are so many issues. But mines does not include the teaching staff. The management of the school is the problem. Let’s start with the person highest on the pyramid. Judith She talks endlessly of how amazing this school is but this school is practically falling to pieces literally, there's leakages and cracks everywhere and we had no heating during the winter. Once the roof was leaking in the maths block and they used to big buckets to catch the water ( I took a picture of this) yet we have a site manager Wheeler walking up and down the corridor whistling happily when the roof is going to fall on our heads. Judith, address the issues in the school; burying your head in the sand is not going to help anyone. With all due respect you are not an ostrich so could you please stop behaving like one. Personally mine is with certain members of staff (2 members) within the Child Protection team who are unable to treat their students fairly without any racial bias. Basically they are unable to do their jobs properly. Certain students who look a certain way get lenient sanctions and those who don't look that certain way get harsher sanctions. They don’t protect us. They don’t listen but above all they don’t care. They couldn’t care less even if they tried. Well listen up your job is to care. To care for all students objectively and impartially without taking the student's color into account. We are meant to feel safe when we walk into school's door. They certainly don’t make us feel safe. *May I add this is my personal opinion and I am speaking from a personal experience has nothing to do with the incident that occurred in sixth form* This is what I think of BGGS I have a right to express my personal opinion under the Human Rights Act 1998. I know my rights hunnies. Freedom of Speech.

This school is alright but the teachers are really strict but some of them are really nice and friendly. Also the school dinners are not nice. I would say as a student you do learn something at the end of the day.

This school is amongst the best school I have ever been.The school staff are well supporting and because of this school I have made huge progress from failed gcse up to a levels.i could never imagine myself doing a levels and this school expecially the staff have open variety of opportunities for me that I could never imagine.this school delivers compassionate eduaction and the staff are motivated and determined to fulfill every child needs even if there is bad weather. At matter fact of violence,this school staff does take it seriously and overcome a solution that will not affect the other students (this shows the compassion they have for each student) and to tell the truth I feel more safe than my home .I request that you should send your child in this school as your child will have many opportunities opened for her and I bear witness this is the best education I have ever received and I have learnt valuable lesson and experience that I can take in the future.

As a student,I believe that this schools offers an outstanding education system and achieve high rates and those who may disagree must be ridiculous because they are the one who may be not putting the effort in. Those who have a problem with the with the heating etc.is also ridiculous you guys need to use your brains and be mature. We have left the EU there has been cuts everywhere in money which is effecting schools very much and if you have a problem why don't you fix the issue yourself rather than rant here or at least talk to the head and be logical and ask for the reasoning of this problem. Those who dislike the school and just sit there ranting about it, why don’t you just leave then, no one forced you to be here and the school is not desperate to have you. Why don’t you give your place to someone who values education? Also those who are commenting about these recent fights need also to grow up as there are other school which are way worse then our which i have seen students in different schools doing drugs, stabbing, harassment etc. and you are complaining over this little thing which doesn't even effect you and is none of your business. You seriously need to wake up. And before even making claims here because of gossips which may not even be true why don't you just open your eyes and be grateful your in a privileged country with money,house and family where as there are people out there suffering. Really people think!
