Can't thank these guys enough, they came to the rescue with knowledge, expertise, friendliness and a fair price to mend my wood pellet boiler when others kept failing. So impressed I got them to install a wood burning stove. So happy and chuffed with it. Neatly installed and it is working a treat. Will continue to get them to look after my boiler and stove along with my in-laws wood pellet boiler.

I can honestly say that border eco system was a pleasure to work when re designing and fitting my bathroom, from start to finish their expertise and knowledge was great, will definitely be using them again in fact I now use them for my annual gas service for my heating! Great work guy's

I am very pleased with Border Eco Systems. They are very helpful and professional in their outlook. The renewables market is awash with new enterprises that swiftly go to the wall. Not so with Border Eco Systems who I am happy to endorse. A very gruntled customer!

We looked into the feasibility of installing a bio mass pellet system into our victorian house in the Borders. On our investigation into experience and numbers of systems of this type installed via Energy Trust info we didn't go with Border Eco systems. Unfortunately we asked them to supply our pellets and to date after 6 months the owner has not been to see the problem and has passed it on to a third party supplier. The supplier has visited site and said the excessive dust in the pellets is normal end of story. We advise caution if you are thinking of biomass systems and no solution with this company if you have a problem. We will not be using this company again and will not use third party pellet supplier Pentland directly or indirectly due to poor quality of product. After a considerable investment and to put inferior fuel pellets into the unit which will cause problems and expense at a later date I am disgusted at the response and lack of something called customer service. Very disgruntled customer

They were initially helpful and did extensive heating work at our house. Unfortunately, there were numerous problems such as leaks which they just did not have the expertise to fix and eventually (after numerous visits) they lost interest. I would not recommend them to anyone I liked. Shame as the owner does seem a nice guy, but just out of his depth.
