Have complained two times over being told to come back for prescriptions which were ordered seven days earlier. I have mobility issues that I use a walking aid for but still expected to come back later

Lady at pharmacy is the horrible kind.She told me to collect my medicines after 1.5 hours by saying that pharmacy is very busy when there were only 2 customers,1 was me and the other person.Anyway, when i went to collect i asked other girl to get medicines and she got them but again that lady said they are not ready while the girl was holding them in her hand.no wonder everyone would prefer going somewhere else even to get medicines.

This Store is dead .. the staff just look at you standing by a counter be it the pharmacy or the large unstaffed counter . The store is half empty I don’t know if they plan to close it down even the security guard in there is no more . The customer service is shocking unless your standing directly in front of the three staff working and two are the pharmacists your not going to get any assistance . I have decided to buy boots online and click and collect and will pick up whilst the store remains in the mons strand Bootle . Either invest and make the store a pleasant place  to shop, out in  more staff a lot more happier and self service tills or put it out of its misery .

Excellent boots branch, clean very friendly staff. The pharmacy staff are all very friendly I also like that if you can't find something the staff don't just say it's down aisle whatever they come from behind the counter and take you to where you need to be. Would recommend this store. A+++++

Tried to pick up an urgently needed prescription at 16:50 hours this Saturday afternoon at this branch, only to be told they don’t dispense prescriptions on Saturday afternoons after 3pm as the pharmacist buggers off at 3pm !  Am I right in assuming that the regular Boots staff in this store can’t be trusted to hand over to customers their little paper bags with their medication I’m talking about the bags that have already been checked, authorised and signed for by this part-time pharmacist?  To receive service like this from a long established company like Boots is p**s poor - there’s no other phrase that covers it and I’m going to wind up these comments before I really let rip !  Bp.

Small store, ok for offers. Not enough choice though prefer Clayton Square. Staff are unhelpful, and some are very unprofessional. when I downloaded offers onto my boots advantage card they never went through with my purchase, I was told I would have to go to Liverpool store to sort the issue. This store needs to install self service tills so as little interaction as possible is required with lazy unprofessional staff.

Was once a good chemist but last 3 times I have been in there the pharmacist is always missing which means I have to wait literally ages to get my meds, veery poor service especially when I make a point of not going in at dinnertime

Wow amazing customer service from ann at the perfume counter i didn't have a clue what to buy as I don't know what the young ones like ann helped me so much she went above and beyond to help me i would highly recommend thanks so so much ann i will definitely be back

Staff are lovely, an have a great sense of humour,  as I recently found out, due to my faults haha

A cracking little branch of Boots, although it's a small store it has a fab selection of items. The staff are lovely and helpful been using this branch for 30+ years
