I went there to order a serum. Of course I am a regular customer. I met that wonderful lady Lorraine as I rememberwho really helped me with everything . Very sweet and polite. I really appreciate that.The order was ready within 2 days.Will definitely recommend
Every time I visit, staff are rude, obnoxious; always look pissed off and desperate to take it out on customers. Waiting times are pathetic, too. With the equally feeble Healthy Prestatyn just across the road, trying to get hold of a basic prescription can oftentimes become a soul destroying experience. Sort it out.
Every time I've gone to this pharmacy, I've always had to wait a long time to pick up my partners prescriptions. Today, I got there at 4 pm, and I was 6th in line!nI waited 35 mins for my partners prescription to be made up, which was sent over from his doctors yesterday! Service is so slow, and knowing it's a busy pharmacy, you would think they would employ more staff, especially at peak times! The only reason my partner still uses Boots is because our local one shuts at 5 p.m., and we can't always make it due to work commitments.
Went in on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 about 4pm. There was a gentleman covering the OTC. He was rude. Sarcastic. Passive aggressive and he literally frisbee’d the product at me and walked away from me before I could say anything. If he didn’t want to serve me all he had to do was say and I would have left without issue. But to treat another person like that whatever the reason is shocking for a company that works with the public in a medical capacity. I suffer with mental illness as well as physical disabilities and I was talked down to like I was a piece of dirt. Boots should be ashamed.
Very quick with service when my niece popped in
