Got my prescription sent to them via online as we would be on holiday in the area. Called again to see if there lovely young man tracked it to find it got it ready and text me to say ready. Collected . Very safe store . Very good service.
In my job, I have to regularly collect prescriptions from this store. I dread it. They first ignore me. Then the search for the prescription begins. Then they question who sent it, and blame the Drs. I then tell them I rang ahead and you told me its here!. Then they argue amongst themselves as to who said that, after approx 35 minutes I leave empty handed, with a headache and fuming.
Rude staff, arrived at the store at 12.50 only to be told by a staff member that they were closed and had the door shut in my face. The store should have been open until 13.00. I only required two items for my elderly father and would have been able to purchase within that time.
Funny place. Tried to buy some beconase but was told the size I wanted could not be sold between 1pm and 2pm. The reason being that the bottle contained 180 doses and was considered "pharmacy" size and presumably their pharmacist was on lunch. Asked about the smaller size and was told they could only sell me one bottle 100 doses so that I didn't overdose and that it was the law. On beconase! Sheesh! :- . I pointed out that they had a "2nd for half price" offer on it. They said they'd honour that and let me have the second bottle. So, clearly not the "law" and more just a ham fisted policy. They were preparered to take the risk of my overdosing in order that I could take advantage of the offer ;- In any case, it was the two clowns ladies serving, that were so officious, and had no warmth in them, that caused me to write this reviews. They really need some customer service training and to learn how to see the lighter side of things. So, my advice, avoid this branch of Boots.
The staff in here are expert at ignoring the customers and usually the pharmacist comes and serves while the shop staff carry on wandering around or shelf filling. You can never pop in here, it's always a lengthy wait!
Want to rate no stars! They just ignore you, need a whole change in staff! Takes 4 of them to do one prescription. Would go to the other chemist but doctors send it electronically to here so it’s convenient only, nothing else
I'm Mr Sanderson Boots Wareham have always been helpful to me & other customers if I ever have A queerey like bank holiday or something which effects my perscriptions its always resolved plus text alerts finaly with covid19 they are tackling it well with good measures Andy says thank you happy Easter 2020
Frosty staff who could all do with some effective training in customer relations. Boots please take note.
Not the best Boots I have used, staff need to be more friendly,
Very poor service. This branch of Boots have repeatedly been unable to fill my repeat prescription with any accuracy. Tired of their ineptitude I am now taking my business elsewhere.
