Been with this pharmacy for 10 years and always have problems with my prescription! Constant battle.

dire service dire staff couldn't organise the proverbial ........taken three attempts to fill an exceeding simple prescription, blamed a locum pharmacist  when the mistake was by a member of there staff.....100% will find a different chemist

nothing but problems with their repeat prescription service. same problem over and over again for as long as i can remember. i understand the problem isnt with the Boots chain its with the staff. the staff are the same people that were there before it became a Boots branch. they couldnt manage it then and they cant manage it now. im just glad its not heart or diabetes medication im waiting for or i could be in trouble. take my advice, pick a different chemist! the only reason they are getting 1 star is that i cant post without it!!

Very friendly staff but again problems with my repeat prescriptions when I have ordered them a week in advance. I cannot do without my medication. Don't know whether its the doctors or the pharmacy.
