Having used this store since the PCC opened I've now decided to take my business elsewhere and will be using Lloyds in the town centre. The woman who appears to be in charge of the Boots store at the PCC is exceptionally rude and the store appears to be very inefficiently run. Even when busy there are easy ways to make people feel as if they are going to be attended to, rather than just left standing waiting for 15-20 minutes. Don't dare ask if there are staff available to help (e.g. pass across a prescription that's ready) as this will likely be met with contempt. Awful.

Very kind and considerate to others Sometimes they don't have the medication that I need but its soon rectified as its a very busy chemist

Excellent, if overworked staff. Always polite and helpful, even if the place is crammed to the rafters.

Have had issues here where repeat prescription not ordered and no apology when it's not done!
