Clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is a smaller than usual size boots , it is well laid out ,well lite and cleaned to a good standard . The staff are always helpful and friendly , I have ordered items and picked from the store without any problems and used there photo service without any problem
I needed a repeat prescription and although I was down here on holiday. The gentleman at the chemist was very helpful and fulfilled my prescription even though my own GP surgery wouldn't help or do anything.
Thus Boots had a very helpful pro active pharmacy. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much! The pharmacy Staff are lovely. Very Convenient for town. Small and not very private pharmacy section and counter but this usually usnt a problem and apart from that the staff are friendly proactive and very helpful. There is a chair to sit on if you are disabled/ infirm or elderly. Or just in a long que and tired, which doesn't happen too often. As you enter the store there are well presented staff on the tills. Most are friendly welcoming and proactive though just a little more training in how to smile and be customer focused welcoming and proactive would enhance the experience. There are one or two who are not so approachable and may seem a little unwelcoming and not very proactive. A warm smile goes a long way. For me this isn't a problem, but might be if a person feels hesitant ill or/and shy. The shop itself is spotless. Cannot fault anything else. When one is in town with other errands or shopping to do this Boots is very convenient. All products are displayed well and the shelves and displays are usually full of products and the area is spotless. Thankyou.
