I arrived at the pharmacy at 6.55 p.m......just before closing. The Pharmacist was very pleasant and informative. I felt I was given good advice and she gave me confidence in her diagnosis. It felt the experience was as good as if I had gone to the GP....if I had been able to get an appointment that is!

Utterly disagree with the other review - the staff are all wonderful, friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Yes the branch is small - thats why there is a full size boots in the high street and two other pharmacies within a 3 minute walk - if you dont want to wait - go somewhere else - dont critisise the staff for tying to do their job!

The premises are too small, the queues are also too long because all the staff are preparing an overwhelming number of prescriptions. It's a shambles.for those waiting.
