Why oh why do they never answer the phone. I know they are bust but it doesn't matter what time of day it is. It rings out. I have mobility issues and simply want to ask a question about a prescription instead of going in and it not being there.
Been trying to phone boots pharmacy since 11.30 this morning it is now 4 45 and still no answer shocking as really need to speak to prescribing pharmacist as have been ill all week well the past 2 weeks can't even get doctors appointment until 1st may I could be dead by then...
Script never ready. Always the same excuse. "It just came in" every time. What are the chances?
The pharmacist had a covid mask that was darker than a fire back. The staff were unhelpful. Medication not there on time. When collected it was someone else's. All staff have an attitude problem even swore under their breath to an elderly person who left the shop. Aged vomit present on the floor. Not a good experience. Totally unprofessional and down right rude. Avoid at all costs.
Why does the Cupar pharmacy never answer the phone? 2 hours one day and still chasing the next. It rings and then someone appears to take the phone off the hook! This is for urgent medication after major surgery and we do not live close. I frankly am appalled!
Understaffed If you’re looking for a repeat prescription it takes 10 days Beware
I have tried to contact this Pharmacy for a whole day with no joy. Why will they not answer their phone So if you are referred there by your GP good luck.
I had been on holiday and had forgotten some of my medication when I went here and explained my situation they were very helpful and contacted my doctor so they were able to give me my prescription which was a god send very professionally handled
I swapped from Rowland was fed up with long waits or pharmacist not there when picking up prescription and having to return Boots have txt message service and I can do ordering prescription online plus staff are more friendly and more space in the shop if I have to wait its like chalk n cheese.
