The wait time in this Chemist is terrible. Waiting over 25 mins just to put a prescription in then another 20 mins to be dispensed. 4 members of staff at till points but all doing something more important than serving.

Seriously failing pharmacy. They are now taking over 3 weeks to process repeat prescriptions.

Tried to give me the wrong drugs on 2 occasions. Have received text messages stating my prescription is ready for collection 'in error'. The place is a shambles. They blame errors on the surgery next door and the surgery likewise blame them. Be alert and check your drugs before you leave.

I call to check that prescription is ready, and it always is and the staff always have it ready on time. Excellent customer service.
