I have served by a member of staff called Tom who was a consummate professional. It was fantastic to have someone assist with choosing my new specs which is not a purchase I make very often and to ensure I left as a happy customer. I can honestly say it was the best service I have ever had at Boots.

The staff were so much more than helpful and understanding. I am disabled and get confused very quickly and they were just so good with me. The gentleman took his time with me, explained things to me, more than once when needed, he did not make me feel like i was in the way, he made me feel like a human and treated me with much kindness and respect. outstanding and so friendly

This has been the best optician appointment I have ever had. It was very thorough carried out by caring and efficient staff. The final part where I chose frames I actually received advice about suitable frames which I have never received before; William was really excellent throughout the whole deciding and measuring procedure.

I highly recommend Boots Opticians. They are friendly, patient, and welcoming. They make sure the customer is comfortable and well informed, sharing their review with the customer and putting them at their ease. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and kind attention to detail and procedure.

Basically the staff were totally polite and totally helpful. And on my second visit as I had a, slight problem with the varifocal lens again tip top help and problem resolved. All credit to Alina. Staff I originally saw on purchasing the glasses were Tom & Deborah, so thank you also goes to them.

Ryan was very reassuring during my initial tests. Osaere Conan explained that I do not need a new prescription, but I now have cataracts in my left eye. So, they will need observing in the future.

I found the staff very professional and very friendly. I was extremely impressed by the thoroughness , and care taken over my eye tests. and the reassurance given to me regarding the condition of my eyes. The option of the 3D optical examination was very reassuring. thank Boots Options.

We arranged our first visit with boots online and had our eye test this week. Our Eye tests were done very efficiently with everything being explained at all times. The staff were great, friendly, attentive. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. I would highly recommend coming here. Easy to find on the high street. Thank you

I took my Mari Jim expensive sunglasses into the shop yesterday as I had bent them on holiday. MEKAILA immediately said she could try to bend them back but there was a risk. In 5 mins she presented me with my glasses all unbent. Wow, what a brilliant lady and such a relief.
