Have been trying to get an appt. for weeks earliest available is October.
Very poor customer service today. How important it is to have a smiling and helpful receptionist.
My visit was to get sunglasses with prescription and the service was excellent. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thankyou especially to those who I came into contact with, Andrea, Tom, Jane and Connie. A big well done from me..k.morgan
Very poor service all they are interested in is taking your money! They up sale when you are choosing your glasses- this is called milking the sale - very bad , very poor after sales service- don't buy from this company!!
Went to pick up my prescription and had to wait front of the que over 15 mins whilst the staff talked amongst themselves and not seeming to care or deal with the customers , which by now had increased.
