My experience has always been great. Purchased prescription sunglasses from them a few years ago and were fine. Recently had a new eye test and contact lens trial. Very helpful and now enjoying using contact lenses again. Were given perfect ones to wear all day in the office and at a reasonable price to.

tried booking an appointment, you dont actaully speak to the store and then answer loads of questions and then told there isnt any appointments until much later in the afternoon, give up and gone elsewhere.

Removed my previous as my better half claims I am being a princess. Just returned from Specsavers and still dreadfully unhappy. Oh what the world is coming too!!!

Worse experience possible got sort of dignose with glaucoma by them . After doing extra testrcouldnt get result as the lady was on lunch got told they would be in touch after 3 days still nothing's so rang them and was told to just come back when I can purchased glasses anyway then went to proper optician got dignisosed properly and refer as an emergency down the hospital as on top of glaucoma got problem with nerve optic that will require surgery. Avoid by all cost
