Five star treatment! I asked advice from Carolyn regarding an eye complaint who suggested I have a urgent eye examination, staff couldn't have been more helpful from booking the appointment. Within a 48 hour period I had been seen by Suzie who fully reassured and advised me regarding my eye.
All staff were polite and friendly but received exceptional help from Nigel who made the whole choosing the right glasses for me experience such an enjoyable one. A 5 star service, well done.
The central call centre is next to useless. The latest mess up of a few was they did not change my address which I had updated them on and my contacts went to the wrong place. When I brought this up with them again I felt the person on the phone was quite rude. Considering finding another more organised company
Have been trying to contact them for a few days now by phone but each time I do so I get transferred from & to various automatic messages. After 30mins I give up. They are worse than useless. Either their call centre isn't working or the staff can't be bothered to answer the phone.
Eye test was ok but when trying to choose glasses was left to find some then completely ignored. Left without purchasing any glasses
