Carol the manager was accommodating as always, and Soneil the optometrist very professional as always, thorough and explained each stage of my eye test in great depth. the new ultrasound eye test would definitely be recommended. William I believe his name is was very patient while I chose my new glasses. I would recommend Boots Optician Pontefract. Very professional
I got an appointment within an hour, the staff were so friendly and the optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything. Happy with the price too!
I was dealt with very professionally. All the staff are friendly and caring. The Optician is a lovely, patient man who takes the time to explain things. Having used different Opticians in the past l feel a lot better taken care of and very confident about my eye health since going to Boots Opticians.

Very quick in getting me in they were very friendly and the gentleman that tested my eyes was very welcoming and explained everything he was doing all threw the appointment and explained my options.
Excellent service from very friendly staff, my prescription had not changed by much, so I was told there was no real need to spend on upgrading.
The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable, Sunil was exceptionally good very pleasant and professional, for these reasons I will return to Pontefract for future prescription glasses/Lenses.
