Staff were so helpful and kind; the arm came off my husband's glasses while we were on holiday from Scotland and we lost the screw. Very quick and efficient repair. Thank you so much!
The team sorting out our tests and glasses were amazing, helpful, great customer service and explained every step on the process really well. Names of staff we are referring to are India, Julie, Molly and Rahim.
The shop floor staff were very friendly and efficient. The actual lady that examined my eyes was exceptionaly good, she explained everything in everyday language and was very easy to talk to. Overall the best experience i have had to date!
I saw 3 people at my appointment and they were all professional and nice. I had a few minor sight issues which were all explained and dealt with. I was impressed with the high tech equipment and the puff of air delivered by machine was not unpleasant at all.
Everything happens very slowly, 1 hour and 30 minutes test, ridiculous. Same thing on other options, 25/35 minutes maximum. And the most disturbing is that you don't take cash, and I don't have card with me, so was such a dilemma what to do, big drama, we lose 15 minutes more to see what we are doing. Definitely I will not come back again, "cash less, customer less" !!!

The staff were all very friendly efficient and helpful. India the young lady who was dealing with me from the start was particularly pleasant and organised.
The optician Nichola Mistry extremely polite and efficient. Her empathy with patients is exemplary. Yet again I had a thoroughly enjoyable and successful appointment with her. Alison's team treated me very courteously and the whole visit was a pleasure.
Lovely optician and staff but running 30 minutes late and then rushing my appointment through in less than 20minutes didn’t make me feel like a valued customer.
The optician listened to what was worrying me and sorted out my problem and the girls out front were very helpful too molly and india were the two front of shop girls and were very helpful in choosing my new glasses
