From start to finish I have never had such a lovely experience at any optician the reception lady the optician to sorting the next bit out was faultless … I have a problem and she said we won’t stop until we get to the bottom of it don’t worry … made me feel so reassured … really a 5 star experience

Heather, the optician, was excellent, very thorough, understanding, and patient. She was careful to take the time to clearly explain what she was looking at and what her findings were. The only reason for the 4 star, rather than a 5 star rating was because Boots were unable to supply lenses from my preferred manufacturer.
The opticians I have been happy to use for the last 30+ years. The staff may have changed over the years, but the quality of the service is still the same with the utmost care for my eyes and with high customer satisfaction.
This was a follow up visit, after been given some contact lenses to trial. I was not charged for the original appointment and the Optician told me to try the lenses and if they needed tweaking, to come back and they would sort them. As the lenses were not quite right, I made another appointment. After this follow up session, I was charged £50, despite the Optician at the first meeting giving me the impression that this would not be the case. I was disgusted at this charge. The last time I bought glasses from this store, I spent around £1,000. The lenses I hoped to get were to supplement my glasses, not replace them. After being charged £50 for "tweaking", I do not intend to get my next sets of glasses I usually buy 3 pairs at a time from Boots.
Great - nice personal service and plenty of help on hand - friendly team at Princes Risborough who made the afternoon appointment a very pleasant one! Would be going back again.
Customer service was excellent,. I was seen as soon as I got there. Then the opticians was explaining to me everything so clear and what the next steps should be to improve my vision. Fantastic place!
Did not have glasses with them. But, I entered this shop today and I have found absolute dum.....s. They don't belong in a working with customers place.
