Collected a prescription for myself after seeing Doctor who had sent it through via computer. Staff member appeared harassed and did not appear to know what I was talking about. She made more fuss about having to do more than one task at a time and appeared to lack any professionalism. I was becoming less than convinced that my tablets were correctly dispensed. Indeed the Pharmacist had to correct her. I have seen this eye rolling, sighing and general poor attitude on many occasions in Boots Shanklin and it is frankly unacceptable. The Staff need adequate training and proper leadership. This kind of service is poor outdated and well below acceptable standards for this day and age!

Some of the pharmacist here are lazy, I only use this store as it's close to me, they're good on the repeat prescriptions, but useless on pharmacy first. A polish pharmacist refused to check my nasal complaint as she "wasn't a doctor", the Malaysian pharmacist up the road in regents had no problems checking my nose, and she had the right equipment. Boots is killing small independent pharmacy, and controlling drug prices

Typical Boots store. Not very large, but in keeping with its location. Only gave three stars, as I find Boots rather pricey.

Small local branch of the chain. Limited stock, very much in need of a refresh. Pleasant service, though.

I took a film into Boots to be processed, didn't have a clue what was on it but was quite disappointed when it came back that they'd had a technical problem and the photos were spoilt. I went to see the manager, Sarah, who was very helpful and friendly. I did feel sorry for her as the situation was totally out of her control as they send the photos away. She dealt with the situation very professionally and in a friendly manner and was very apologetic.
