We had set up my grandmothers medication (bear in mind she is 90 with dementia) to be delivered on March the 7th, as we cannot get to her as Dad works and Mum doesnt drive and we live over a hundred miles away... They failed to deliver her medication and after a couple of hours of phone calls we then arranged for it to be delivered yesterday. 
Clearly someone is f***ing up because they then decided to tell my Mum that my Grandmothers location is difficult to get to. 
It's just plain stupid, we have explained she needs the meds urgently as her blood pressure is too high, and they are failing to do what they agreed to do.
