Grumpy response when I returned a hairdryer which was too noisy. I had the receipt and had bought it the day before. I had opened packaging carefully. I am obviously supposed to feel guilty for returning the item as the assistant told me that the it would have to be thrown away!? I will go to John Lewis in future.
