After switching back to Boots after only moving to Jhoots I’d popped in for something. And the chemist suggested I switch to them as they’re closer to me. I lasted 2 weeks with Jhoots, Harborne High Street, with their rude, condescending attitude and constantly getting my weekly prescriptions wrong !nI was so very happy to be moved back to Boots! The staff are so nice, and are always on hand for advice on anything no matter how busy they are. They all know me, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I collected a prescription today and Shannon was so warm, and friendly and privately discussed a question about some medication very discreetly.nAll the gang from Angela, Olivia, and all the chemists to Claire who works so hard I barely get time to say hi to her, are fantastic!! And so great at doing their best to help all customers and patients.nMost definitely the BEST store/pharmacy in Harborne by far!!nThank you all so very much, you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. So glad to be back .
Dated store and much worse, the staff will purposely not acknowledge you in the pharmacy/medicines section, even when you are clearly waiting. Staff training should be a priority
Pharmacy staff lady was so unhelpful and just unfriendly and miserable on Saturday. I asked for pharmacy products, I had a basket of other items - didn’t ask me if I wanted to pay for those as well so off I went to the main till. The staff at the till were so miserable too when they finally arrived, spent a few minutes trying to find someone to serve me, asked for help with a product but you could see it was such a chore! Is it such an awful place to work…..nDepressing and poor service!
The staff closed the store 15 minutes early, which was incredibly frustrating. As someone who works 9-5, I rely on those last few minutes to make it in, but it seemed like they just couldn’t be bothered and wanted to go home.
The worst Boots I have ever been to in my life. Moody staff, sticky shelves and dirty items for sale, and don’t even bother going to the pharmacy. They either don’t have anything in stock or serve you like you’re the world’s biggest hindrance.nnI’m done with this place.
