Shockingly poor service in this store. Insufficient staffing levels to serve customers, and rude staff who bark at customers that ask for products. Several staff walking around in the store but none of them being prepared to help. Overhaul in management is very much needed because it's clear they cannot run this store adequately
My mother went in today and politely asked about a deal. She was greeted with rudeness and sarcasm. She spoke to a blonde lady regarding the Black Friday sale which was only 5 days ago she just wanted to double check whether there was a perfume still in stock with the sale deal advertised at the front of the shop and online! The woman tutted, rolled her eyes and was very belittling the way she spoke to her, made her feel small, as if she was supposed to know there was non left. Honestly not the type of interaction she should receive by simply asking a question to a member of staff! She needs to undergo some training for human interaction and manners.
They stopped stocking the product I wanted but took about 20 minutes to find out. Short-staffed like many stores these days. Pharmacy staff not very helpful or pleasant.
Had a very bad experience was whilst waiting to speak to the pharmacist about some medication as the member of staff who rudely served me first accused me of jumping the cue and then proceeded to laugh at me because of my physical disability. I believe her name is Olivia and she has a terrible attitude
Came the very next day to return unopened makeup and was told they don’t do makeup returns, contrary to the boots policy online. Also tried to exchange unopened vitamins, which was also denied. All done with a receipt in hand.
