Called in to buy my wife some Prada perfume and face cream for her birthday. There was an issue with the perfume which I’d rather not mention in this review however, the staff at boots were fantastic when I returned the product the following day. They went above and beyond in resolving the situation, contributing towards a very happy birthday for my wife. Thank you Boots, your staff at Great Bridge are wonderful.
Attended Great Bridge store today to speak with pharmacist as advised by 111. Waited in a queue for 10 minutes with rather disappointed customers in front of me who also appeared to leave the store frustrated to be told that the pharmacist was busy and could see me but I would have to wait. Didn't really know how long I would have to wait nor could they give me a better time to come back but instead advised me that Asda also have pharmacists I could speak with. Well thank you for the advice, Asda can also have monthly prescriptions if you don't want the business!
Boots at Great Bridge highly recommended. Julie in Pharmacy was so helpful she went above and beyond to source creams for us which I had 3 weeks of stress trying to obtain. She called us this morning as she had managed to source our other cream.Thank you so much highly recommended.
I’ve been a frequent visitor of this boots store for the last 15 or so years, just lately the staff are absolutely terrible. I can’t speak for the staff on the shop floor only the ones working behind the till. For the last 2 weeks on the run I’ve been in and when it comes to being served the staff are disgustingly rude, last week it was a younger man this week it was a young woman. The man literally threw my things in the bag no smile no nothing only spoke to tell me how much it cost, the woman today was no better, she was so straight faces and miserable I’ve never known anything like it.
Friday 4th April around 4.30pmnnNever before have I felt targeted and racially profiled by security as bad as I have today. The man kept adjusting his chair so he could have line of sight with me. When I moved, as you do when you shop, into an aisle where he couldn't see me, I looked up to see him stood watching me at the end of the aisle. It was very creepy. I felt very uncomfortable. I have no intention of returning to this store due to his behavior and I have been shopping here for years. I wonder how many other genuine customers he has creeped out and deterred from returning.
