Boots was a very good experience. The lady was extremely wonderful, experienced and very helpful towards my needs. The shop floor is very clean and tidy... All the staff are helpful and have great big smiles on their faces... I cannot fault anything at present. I went to get new pair of glasses and yes there is a great choose of frames.
The staffs here at check-out are so nice, they give a good vibe every time. I was served by Joseph, he was cheerful, friendly, fast in handling a long line of customers & professional. The young lady with blonde short hair I forgot her name last time she was there excellent service with a great personality.
Whilst Boots didn't have what I wanted the young man checked the pharmacy shelves, the shop shelves the stock in the computer and found it had not only been in that day's delivery but was currently being put on the shelves along with a pile of other stuff. He suggested I either come back a little later or try Superdrug. That I felt was exceptional service. Well done.
Never been so angry in my life. What a waste of time and will NEVER be ordering from boots again as i placed an order on the 16th December and wanted it to be delivered to the store as i work nearby, it said it would be delivered on the 19th December to the store and when i checked my tracking it said it hadn’t been dispatched to the store yet. I’ve called and called and have had no answer what wonderful customer service. Now i’m hearing from a stupid answer machine that i need to allow up to 9 days after the delivery date in order to receive my parcel, what a joke… this is unacceptable and i would NEVER recommend boots to anyone ever as it’s a waste of time. When i ordered it no we here did it say it would take up to 9 days after it was meant to be delivered and right now i am not a happy customer and hopefully just maybe i might receive my parcel by next year….
I needed a prescription issued from A&E in Frimley over Christmas. After ringing and visiting 10 chemists in Frimley, Aldershot and Camberley this was the only one that has the antibiotics I needed. The staff were so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this Chemist.
Great place. Mrs. Naazneen Hawa optometrist was very professional and considerate during my eye check. Fintona was professional and considerate likewise.
We should all try to get into shops a little more, they need our support. Plenty of offers, friendly service, but as I was shopping in Camberley and Windsor I am concerned the low footfall today is not helpful . We still need shops even if we are savvy with the internet.
Ordered severe back pain medication from pharmacy, 3 times have been to collect and they havent arrived as promised. Just not good enough.
Weather you are after photos, pharmacy counter, beauty counter, the famous meal deal, baby clothes, bite cream or Christmas presents you can't go wrong with boots. The staff are always happy to help and extremely helpful. The pharmacy counter is very useful and the staff their are very friendly. The photo kiosk are now self service and have an incredible array of options when completing your purchase
Very poor customer service’n I wanted to buy an YSL perfume. As we know everything is locked at the parfumerie section. Asked the lady who turned up after me standing there for 5 minutes to treat me like she is doing a favor to me showing me the parfum I wanted to try first. I ended up leaving and purchased in another shop. I wonder how many perfumes are sold with this approach.
