Absolutely disgusted by the way my partner was treated, who is a pensioner. She called in today 29th August 2017 around 2pm for some malt. The assistant (At the pharmacy) was very abrupt, and when she asked he simply said "It's over there". She wasn't sure where over there was, so asked nicely to be shown. The assistant was very unwilling, there wasn't any malt on the shelf. He simply said, "There isn't any" and turned his back on her and walked away. This is absolutely disgusting treatment of a loyal customer, especially a pensioner with poor eyesight. My partner was shocked and almost in tears when she arrived home. I wish I had been at Boots today, l would have given this individual a piece of my mind. SHAME ON YOU BOOTS THE CHEMIST, BERWICK UPON TWEED.
