I went to buy my usual Estee Lauder make up from the counter and was served by Carol. What a lovely happy and committed lady she is. Has been working there for 14 years, sold me fabulous products and even did me a full male over as I had forgot my make up bag for my weekend away. Fabulous service ... if you read this Carol - my grandma loved the make up!

Wheelchair accessible entrance and aisles. Great perfume and aftershave section. Pharmacy in-store for prescription and over the counter medication. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and in-store deals on products are always available. Everything you expect from the Boots chain.

I don't recommend Boot's in Weston supermare at all!!!. I've just been in with a voucher that gave me five pounds off when I spent £35 or more!!. So decided to buy a pair of hair straighteners and then added ten pounds of other things to the total of £40. But the girl behind the till Said we couldn't use voucher today because the system wouldn't let her!!!. What a blatent con to get you to spend more money!!!!!!!.

High street shop which is amazingly is still trading given that everything is overpriced, even the discounted stuff is expensive.
