Like the store and the location which has lots of free parking. It carries a larger range than the Boots store in Weston super Mare town centre which is handy. I find the service sometimes patchy. It can be speedy & friendly one day, but really slow the next, especially for the pharmacy.

Boots itself is fine. But the pharmacy is horrendous, no system, terrible customer service and I haven't been in there recently when there hasn't been a problem with my prescription. Normally the cause of this not ordering in the product or telling me my prescription is ready to collect but yet they haven't even processed it yet.

The worst run pharmacy internationally. Zimbabwe and far more under developed countries are more efficient at providing prescriptions. 2 days for a pescription medicine? I'll be dead before I get my medicine... Disgraceful system.

I am disabled and just moved to the area and have a new born the security guard was following me around my husband seen so asked why was watching me he said l seemed shifty he told him l was disabled which he didn't believe and said if he my husband had a problem they could go outside round corner and sort it out all in front of my new born disgusting l can't believe it never been treated so bad l told staff how didn't seem suprised by his behaviour l think he should go on a course or sacked .
