I went to collect a prescription. I was asked if I would like my blood pressure taken, then was asked if I would like a flu injection because of my age which I booked. All the staff are obliging and very helpful
I switched to this chemist from a different Boots one a few months ago and have not regretted my decision. The pharmacist is knowledgeable, helpful and fast. I never have to wait long, unlike other chemists, and he actually takes note and remembers, like my son's medication wasn't ready when I went to collect it, I was in the following day for something unrelated and he remembered about my son and had it ready without me even asking. First class service. Plus, with it being right on the end, you can park just right round the corner
extremely unhappy with the way i have been treated and spoken to by the main pharmacist on 2 seperate occasions... i was refused to speak to a manager and told i could speak to him.. i left then went back to get name of chief pharmacist and pulled into side room by same person.. and he trys to apologise and asks to start fresh.. and was not givin the name or contact info of the chief pharmacist. i am not willing to be spoken to in such a way... if it was the other way around i would be barred from the premises..... completely disgusted in the way i have been treated by this staff member
Been going here for 5 years now, staff are lovely and so helpful. Don't think people appreciate the pressure they're under. Keep up the good work I say!
Their really friendly & the birds are gorgeous. 5 stars.
