The lady on the No7 counter was fantastic. Her customer care was amazing, she gave me the time and helped discuss all the products with me. I didn’t manage to catch her name but it was 20th November around 11/12. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back for more products.
Went in to purchase some make up. Massive queue at the only manned check out. So I asked lady on the make counter could I pay her. No she replied you have to go to the other checkout. So angry I left my purchases in front of her. Only to be told you can't leave them here. Well I did and can do what ever I like. Perhaps next time better customer service would be a help. On thr positive side the lady on the manned till looked very pleasant and happy.
Staff are rude! Felt unwelcome the momenti entered the store, no one keeping an eye on tills and I wasn't able to get the item I ordered online, because it hadn't arrived by lorry, but it was on the shelf?! That makes zero sense? Never using again, now I have to get a refund, when all they had to do is give me the item on the shelf and put the one from the delivery in its place later! Literally more work than necessary!
Amazing man at the pharmacy counter. Was so incredibly helpful when I came for a weekend away and forgot my medications at home. He went out of his way to help me. Unfortunately did not get his name but he is a treasure to the store.
