Lady on pharmacy counter left my stepmother feeling very unimportant. She went in, as directed by her pharmacy that couldn't obtain her normal eye drops, showed the lady her relevant paperwork, she promptly refused to it through on prescription, no explanation, and directed her to the till where she had to pay for it. Poor customer service, customers shouldn't be made to feel a nuisance
Friendly staff, didnt have what I was after but went the Extra mile to find an alternative despite being busy before Christmas
Previously had average customer service here however my latest experience in this shop was appalling. Female pharmacy counter shop assistant is fairly inept and rather than turn around to get a product from behind the counter directed me into the shop to search for an item. When I returned to pay she told me I could pay at another till. When I mentioned that the product I needed was right behind her she was defensive on the point of being rude. I was very shocked by this disappointing attitude and poor customer service and hope the management are aware of their below standard staff in store.
