The woman who was working in the pharmacy part today was very helpful. My wife was after a prescription that my usual pharmacy couldn't fulfill. She explained that what we were after was not available in boots but she explained that it was hard to get hold of but told us where we would have a better chance. She was right. Excellent service.

Popped in to the pharmacy  today after getting nowhere with health providers. Angela the Pharmacist  was so wonderful, empathic and gave me lots of advice and really understood the horrible situation I’m in. Thank you, A great friendly and compassionate service.

Excellent chemist. They stock a wide range of goods .Staff  are cheerful and helpful. A great family pharmacy.

The pharmacists here are so helpful. Just remember not to go between 1&2 pm. Has a beauty recycling point too. Although it is a small store, so it doesn't have the wide range when shopping, you can click and collect your online choices.

Shop was shut at mid day as there was no pharmacist on site.  Amazed they couldn't open for normal off the shelf cosmetics or toiletries etc.  Understand they can't dispense any pharmaceuticals but to close till the pharmacist arrived was ridiculous, especially as they were closing again from one till two for lunch??? The mind boggles.

One of the older style and smaller Boots stores which means it carries a small range of goods than most but very useful for day to day medicines, health care products and cosmetics.

I like the shop but closing times are ridiculous, closed 1-2 week days and at 4 on a Saturday I have just discovered.  Luckily I don’t need to get my prescription today!

Pharmacy staff usually friendly. Sometimes I have communication problems due to lack of hearing and they insist on oral communication. The shop staff are always very helpful and polite and friendly

Drove into Gosport just to go to Boots as I needed quite a few items.   Amazed to see that a High Street shop was closed for lunch. Surely this is the time when people working locally would call in and a good time to catch passing trade. A very short sighted response to what I expect are staffing issues. Little surprise so many shops are closing down.

Very small  store but reasonable  range of products.  Due to pharmacist  absence store was closed on Saturday. Poor service for those expecting  to collect prescription
