Rude staff attitude not admitting fault  Bought travel sized items with 3 for 2 as marked, found out all three items were charged so went to counter to check.  Served by Janet D and she said the dettol hand spray is not 3for2. Told her I found it from the 3for2 area and she kept cutting me off when I was explaining and try to remind her to let her colleagues know to them back to the correct area. She sounded like it was my fault.

Went to purchase aftershave as a Christmas gift. Was served promptly and the young girl who served me was lovely informing me of an offer on additional points if I have my boots advantage card on an app. She took the time to help me download it and select the offer from which I got £15 of points.

Very rude staff, lady at returns desk today at 4.30 pm was unprofessional and rude to me. I went to return a  product  90 tabs box of vitamins  bought 30 mins ago today  as i found a box of 30 tabs elsewhere which was not available in Boots  I was in a queue waiting but she  with no name badge on her uniform asked me to wait and served the lady behind me - no reason given , not asked me for my permission. when finally it was my turn - she asked me if I have used the vitamins and come for returning it - totally unprofessional and rude service , no courtesy shown towards me as a customer. JUST SMILE LADY !! OR LEAVE AND FIND A JOB WHERE YOU ARE HAPPY !!

Great service, I switched from another provider of contact lenses to  Boots and can't believe the difference in service but also it seems I've been going around for 14 months with lenses that were useless.  The difference is unbelievable with these new lenses . The lady that worked on finding the correct lenses was absolutely 100% professional. I can't praise them enough .

I like this place because it is very organised. I gave 4 out 5 because it is VERY hard to find a member of staff there but if you do, they are very friendly

Good products, nice shop but a poor standard of cleanliness for the prices that they have. Mostly on makeup products area, you can not even try them because all the samples are dirty, the shelves are dirty... disappointing.

We like shopping  here. My girlfriend more than me . It’s always enjoyable experience with friendly and helpful staff and huge fragrance selection

Didn't have any of the products we went in for,  but that didn't stop the lovely and friendly assistant from helping us

Great staff no matter how busy they are they always give important fine service

There was nobody serving in spite of it being mega busy and the self serve only accepted cash so I seen a few elderly people put their shopping back
