Recently changed this to my nominated pharmacy as they are open late and usually have the branded version of my medication. However the hassle it takes to get them is ridiculous. Prescription was sent to them Monday, I went in Thursday to collect it, they told me it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow - despite my exact medication sat on the shelf aware it could have been a partially filled box but usually pharmacy would give you what they have so you are not totally without and fulfil the rest of the order ASAP. Also went to put my partners in but was told it wouldn’t be until “maybe” Saturday. This isn’t a one off, it’s happened the last 3 times. They are common medications too, something that should be well stocked. Asked for it to be put back on the spine and walked over to ASDA and had everything in 10 mins by a lovely pharmacist. Will be changing over to them moving forward!
Just been in to buy Christmas gifts. Couldn't find what I wanted because the brand was spread about the shop. Got one item then waited for til. Whilst waiting for a cashier I spotted something that I was considering buying. Cashier rudely called us as if to hurry us up. There wasn't anybody waiting behind us. Didnt buy the additional item which was £50 and will not shop there again.
Rude nasty pharmacy staff. Picked up my prescription which i had to already wait 2 hours for which i didn’t mind. When i went to ask for it the two staff looked at each other and one went to the other ‘is this the problem’ like I was wasting there time for the job they were meant to be doing. Vile
I love Boots Bromborough. Car parking is easy, right outside the door & loads of spaces. The pharmacy is excellent &, if you need advice, all staff are friendly, professional & helpful. Via the NHS app, prescriptions can be directed to this pharmacy for collection. Besides the pharmacy, the store has a massive range of goods. The staff are lovely & willing to help. It's a fabulous place to get your prescription, makeup, skincare, electric toothbrushes, hair products, etc. No7 makeup & skincare is sold here too. No7 is not tested on animals & is vegan. I will definitely go again.
Staff in shop friendly. Staff in Pharmacy are very professional and easy to approach.
Rude pharmacy staff. And worse of the worst, please check your receipts because I have been overcharged on items before. No reason just cost more on my receipt so watch out at boots please.
This has got to be one of the most unfriendliest stores around. Staff are rude almost to the point of dismissive. I return now and then just to see if there’s any change but there never is. Shocking customer service particularly at the pharmacy. Any management personnel out there reading this please try and re-educate/train staff better. I witnessed an older person being treated with serious disrespect at the pharmacy - totally unacceptable.
Had a good experience in this store with staff member called Kevin. I am disabled, he recognises me and comes straight away to open a till so I don't have to queue in pain/discomfort. He greets me with a smile and is always polite and super helpful.
Lovely staff. They're very helpful once they learn about your learning difficulties, patience was greatly shown and explained everything that was needed in great detail
I was first served by Lorna. Everything was too much trouble. It felt like I was taking her away from doing something much more important than serving customers. I bought some sunglasses. I asked for a case total lack of interest in me. No cases I was told. Didn’t ask me for my advantage card. Didn’t ask if I’d like a bag. On my way out I remembered something else I needed. Went to main till where I was served by Sue who is quite possibly the exact opposite of Lorna. She helped me she was polite, she was interested, she asked me if I had an advantage card. She offered me a bag and then she went and she looked through every drawer until she found be a case for my sunglasses. If only all the staff who work there could be the same. It just makes such a difference.
