The staff were phenomenal. The optician didn't quite catch her name, very friendly, explained everything easily, efficient, superb. Paul who did the bit before and looked after me afterwards was superb. Again very friendly, explained everything easily, gave some really good advice on options with contacts and glasses. Didn't waste anytime. He even went out of his way to help with some comfort issues with my current glasses. The staff here from entering to leaving were absolutely brilliant. I won't go to another optician now after that service
This is a fantastic chemist. They have good communication by text to all customers which means I know when my prescription is ready. They are a busy yet efficient chemist, who just seem to have cracked the code of getting it right. They will even go out there way to correct any mistakes that a doctor makes by contacting them for you. Friendly, patient staff, who are efficient.
Emma was absolutely fantastic, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, helped me with my app, i received brilliant customer service, thankyou Emma.
Thanks to the staff this morning who helped sort my prescription before New Year. The hard working people on the counter are so often let down by the shoddy proceedures and processes implemented by poor management. Keep on smiling ya do a great job guys!
How it should be! Great people - Great service! And all with a smile! Faultless!
Boots in Cramlington is absolutely shocking with regards to prescription turnaround. Quite often 5 days. They don't answer the phone and it's altogether a really shocking service. It's such a shame as there a few really good staff. Don't use them for prescriptions if you want an efficient service.
Typical boots outlet, however the prescription desk could be a little more organised with a few more staff.A few times queue has been out the door with only 1 member off staff serving.otherwise shopping experience is what you would expect.
No matter what day or what time of day you go to collect a prescription, the queue is out the door. I’ve never seen so many staff at Cramlington Boots Pharmacy or such big queues. Silverlink operate with a maximum of 4 staff in their pharmacy and there’s hardly ever a queue, no matter what day or what time of day you visit. If the cramlington staff went any slower, they’d stop. The queues aren’t ideal for the elderly, the frail or those that cannot stand and wait 40 minutes plus to pick up their prescription. Not only do you wait 40 minutes you then get told that they’ve only got half the prescription and you’ll have to come back for the rest. So that’s now 2 return journeys, 2 x 40 minutes queuing time just to pick up your prescription. Here’s a novel idea, don’t text your customers until their entire prescription is ready to collect. It’s annoyed me and I drive so I can only imagine the elderly getting a bus in, only having to do it twice to pick up one prescription. Why don’t you only text when the full prescription is ready, this saves the customer coming out twice and guess what, it might even reduce your queues! Here’s another idea have one queue where customers have received the text that their prescription is ready to collect and have 1 dedicated person who is literally picking up prescriptions and taking payment. Sort out your processes as they are simply not working and look at your processes with your customers at the forefront of your minds and start enhancing customer experience and satisfaction - it really isn’t rocket science. I’ll even offer my services to assist in developing the new processes free of charge.
Absolute joke, went to pick prescription and stood in queue for thirty minutes to get to front. Got my script and on the way out counted twenty-eight people still waiting. Scripts being put up off site and a lack of staff are the biggest problems.
Visited this store today. One staff member who was supposed to be on the tills but decided to help a customer with selecting her shopping in the store.no one else to serve on the tills? Surely there should have been another staff member to help so the tills were manned? I wanted only one item and was not prepared to wait while the staff member decided to help thiscustomer? Very poor service ? God help them during the festive period ?
