my wife is working in boots we just had baby. boots deduct some money in her pay manager is not responding for last 2 weeks. we are going through financial crisis and they are not even responding.
Went to Edgware Broadwalk Boots pharmacy today. And was served by this lovely man I think his name is ADE , he was a pharmacist. Very , very helpful & welcoming. I bought some treatment for my hair , he was ever so caring and took the time to advise me about lifestyle and diet and how it plays a major part . Most often when I’ve visited this store I’ve found the staff including pharmacy to be rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and can’t be bothered to give you the time of day even when not busy . always giving me the brush off saying such things like “ it’s up to you or go back to your GP . In fact I was so upset that to get this treatment I was prepared to go to a Boots out of my area and would have involved a bus journey so I didn’t have to deal with the staff here. Today I struck and I’m so glad I came here . Thank you ADE !
I have really bad experience with boots my wife is working in boots she have some pay deduction and manager is even not responding we been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. We are going through financial crisis and they even not responding.

This Boots store itself is quite big, but strangely all aisles seem very spread out and so it looks a bit odd. I don't know if this is because there isn't as much to sell in this particular and so they are having to spread out stock across the floor space. If you compare the Brent Cross branch for example, it seems like they have it is arranged better.
Today I had issues with my GP not submitting my prescription after I had spoken to them I was told to go and get my medication. Arrived at Boots and the GP still didn’t sent my prescription. I called them from the pharmacy and to cut a long story short I had a panic attack and the amazing pharmacist Bina was so caring she spoke to the GP and made sure I didn’t go without my medication. I would like to thank her for all the care she provided and recommend boots Edgware pharmacy to all
Excellent customer service!!!!! There was a young beautiful girl named Victona she served us warmed welcome and very mannered customer service Highly recommend Thank you Victona spent your time for selecting me a good perfume
At first the assistant was helpful but after I pointed out wrong pricing the assistant became quite impolite and I am being very polite myself despite the way I was treated. I could have made a fuss about them having to sell at the price on the display but I just wanted to leave.
Waiting in a growing queue at the pharmacy. Pharmacist is serving someone which is fine obviously. But two other staff are stood there in clear view chin-wagging with their friend who has wondered in and is expecting special treatment with her prescription. Stood for a good few mins waiting, then i said excuse me and asked if i could collect my prescription. The reply was "let me just finish here!". So i said "fine, you finish your conversation and I'll just wait for you". Total disregard and disrespect for customers.
