Super friendly, very helpful and very discreet questioning when speaking to pharmacist. He very quickly helped narrow down what could be the issue as I was in a lot of pain and I was very unwell feeling. I was reassured and felt at ease whilst discussing everything. The store was very well stocked and I also had a great bargain!

Big variety of goods, good prices. My only complaint is like most stores today they want you to use the self service tills, (which I won't) so if you get to the doors, there may not be anyone on the tills so you have to walk back to the middle of the shop to be served by a human.

Gone here regularly for almost three years. I've mostly dealt with the people working behind the prescription counter, since my reason for visiting Boots tend to be repeat prescription. Anyway, they have always been lovely, never made me feel belittled or misunderstood. Quick service and trying to make everything to what's best for you. No problem with answering question, even if they are a little odd and when I had problems with actually getting my medicines due to things happening at my GP surgery, they helped me with alternative routes to get enough pills to last over Christmas and New Year when I would not be in the country. As a person with a bit of social anxiety, how I've been met here have been of great relief and my nervousness of going there is now minimal. An extra star goes to two of the personnel/pharmacists, Steph and Malik, who are absolutely excellent at their work and meeting costumers (at least in my humble opinion and experience).

Have used this store for many years and it's customer service is always very happy to help with your questions. Pharmacy's staff very knowledgeable and experienced in any enquiries about your medical needs.So why only 4 🌟! I'm in the opinion that now would be a good time to update or revise the layout for ease of access to the shelves, some isles cramped and others empty . However that is just my opinion

I came into the store with no idea of what I wanted, was looking for a perfume for my mother for Christmas, I was served by a wonderful man named Alan the perfume consultant and he couldn't be any more help he was so nice so helpful he's a true credit to the business, thank you so much 😌
