Always have what I need, staff have been very helpful recently and ideal spot for getting my monthly prescription. Good selection tion of goods and not all are expensive, though perhaps online shopping may find you a better deal. Overall a very good shopping experience.

I've only had good customer service here and the pharmacy staff have been excellent going above and beyond when I needed!
The relevant doctor has prescribed me medicine for 5 days and whenever I go to Boots pharmacy and ask for my medicine, they say come tomorrow, tomorrow when I go, they say I should talk to the doctor. I don't know where our problem is
Shop OK pharmacy rubbish thing out of stock no idea when they would be back in thanks not happy!
I think the management needs to do some undercover so they can fix the issues otherwise boots will loose customers very quickly and gradually

A lovely modern and clean branch of Boots. Well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. I needed help with a specific item and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. A great asset to my local retail park.
The service is good but they've just caused me a big pain in the rear end... They've just recently changed the pharmacy closing time from 8pm to 6pm which isn't a big deal in itself but it's put me in a bad spot, I like to get me and my wife's pain relief from there as its cheaper than tesco pharmacy, which used to be no problem but now they close earlier they are literally only open while I'm at work and when Im on my lunch an can get to the pharmacy in 5 minutes I get there to discover that the pharmacist has his lunch at the exact same time!! so should I need my usual pain relief or my wife need hers we've gotta go to tesco and pay bigger money for the same thing I get from boots.. I hope they change the closing time back to 8pm soon, as I believe they are not taking all their customers needs into account.
Was staying at Premier Inn for army reunion only to find out I had left all my make up at home ran across to the store ,two lovely ladies helped me with the make up as I only wear a certain one . Thank u so much sorry I didn't get their names but it was 5 o'clock on Sat 14th May xx
