Awful service. Boots in Wigston. They never seem to have mine in Nurse Night I buy, but They never get Deaf Awareness comm of this but they ask me question about nurse night >have you before' I sed YES but they No nuh I dont understand why? I sed please pharmacies staff mask off need comm talk with lipread be honest dont understand stupid Indian woman very bad, NOT Clear I cant Stand Indian woman... I had been Nurse Night before that why.
Smaller Boots shop but lots packed in, prescription counter is at the back of the shop. Friendly staff were helpful.
Staff at the pharmacy are very helpful and kind. Came in today to get my usual repeat prescription and there was a man bring served being very difficult because he didn't check which pharmacy his doctor sent his prescription to surely you should ask.. and was mad that the pharmacists didn't have his prescription. The kind man serving him calmly and professionally directed him to where the prescription ended up and provided him with the next steps he could take to get the prescription released so that he could fill it for him. Expertly handled while balancing the line of people waiting for the difficult customer to finish his complaining. You are all lovely people and I hope you have a good weekend!
Collected a prescription this morning. How much effort does it take to be welcoming and friendly? No hello, thank you or goodbye. At a time when we could all do with a bit of extra valuing, Boots Pharmacy Wigston fell well short of this. Please do some customer care training with this assistant. Even if she doesn't mean it, at least try and make the effort to engage and be meaningful. Thank you.
Pretty shoddy customer service, not a lot ever compels me to leave a review like this but worth mentioning. Dropped some film off to be developed, miserable staff, similar to many of the comments on here. Got told it would be a week and I would be contacted. Around 2/3 weeks have passed, heard nothing so turned up today and they were just sat on the side! Similar experience again today, clerk just says 'oh right' no sorry's or anything, just poor customer service. Pretty dismal store in general really
The staff are knowledgeable and always very helpful and polite. Their esystem for repeat prescriptions is appreciated by those of us who may have a disability and cannot always get to the G. P's. They also offer other services including :- stop smoking, flu jabs, cosmetics and even hometatic products etc. I highly recommend this particular store.
Boots pharmacy is helpful and consistent with stock and delivery slots, which has taken out some of the stress in our lives. Me and my offspring are both disabled and rely on the them to fill and deliver our prescriptions regularly. Theresa in particular was helpful in an emergency recently, by sourcing stock when my offspring ran out of much needed medicine, and filling a prescription and having it delivered the very next day.
Do NOT get your boots online orders delivered here. The staff are so passive aggressive about it! I politely asked the lady at the till where I collect parcels from she was SO standoffish & sent me to pharmacy as I walked away I heard her slating customers saying she’s sick of them asking her that when I asked the lady at the pharmacy she huffed and puffed and did go to get my parcel out of the stores but was really unfriendly and rude about it! I was going to buy items from the shop but I went to Superdrug instead as I felt so uncomfortable!
I went with my partner for a flu jab really lovely people but unfortunately for me she gave my flu jab subcutaneously which has left the site like a golf ball so swollen and painful my partner is fine I suggest more training I only went back because last year was brilliant no problems at all so disappointed I’m worried I’m not covered?
Served by a man called 'Riz' regularly but today was the final straw. Watching the que in front of me, each person who approached the till with a smile left absoloutely zapped of energy and happiness. He should NOT be in a customer facing role, miserable beyond belief, unhelpful and unkind. I won't be served by this person again, and I'll make a point of it each time. Vile personality when usually everyone else is so nice. Really let's it down.
