Rather on small side, but the staff are really nice. I really would love to thank the one that served me the other week at the paramacy, when I went in for painkillers. Very helpful and all checked on me as I was having extremely bad pain and almost passed out, unfortunately missed her name due to what happened but very thankful for the kindness and help/concern shown by the staff.

I have used Boots Peterhead a number of times, but unfortunately I feel the store has gone downhill over the last year.nnThe shop does not feel as clean or well looked after as it used to. The floor often looks dirty, and I have noticed rubbish lying around on more than one visit. It gives the store a neglected feel, which is disappointing from a national brand like Boots.nnCustomer service has also become a real issue. It is common to have to wait around to be served at the till near the door, but my most recent visit to collect a prescription was particularly poor. I stood at the prescription service point for around three and a half minutes. There was a colleague working there, but I was not acknowledged at all. During that time, two other colleagues came across to the counter and appeared to be gossiping about another member of staff, rather than dealing with a waiting customer.nnIn the end, I had to ask if I was invisible before anyone served me. One member of staff did look embarrassed when I challenged the lack of acknowledgement, but the whole experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional.nnI also noticed that staff were not wearing name badges, which makes it difficult to identify who you have dealt with if you want to give feedback.nnOverall, this visit has put me off using Boots Peterhead. Based on the cleanliness of the store and the poor level of service, I would now be more likely to use a local independent chemist instead.

Thought it was a nice shop called boots but went it and they don’t sell boots disappointed

I was in the shop today. To many employees behind  the back and nobody was bothered to came to the front to help me or let me pay,  they saw me and they looked away.So I left without to buy anything. I went to the Superdrug there was less staff some of them was sorting out the delivery  but evan  then they came to help me.nI usually  like Boots but im not coming back to this shop agait .

Staff are always friendly and really helpful. Whilst the shop itself is small there is a reasonable selection of items and if you cannot get anything instore you can have it delivered to store or home.
