Omg this is ridiculous, I've been waiting over 7 weeks for an important letter to arrive and nothing, they've resent the letter 3 times and it's still not here. I'm completely housebound until I get this letter as they can't order my wheelchair until letter arrives. Its disgusting and so unfair on people who are waiting for really important paperwork etc
Delivery expected Wed between 9-11..knocked on door at 13.04..OBVIOUSLY nobody in as hours after expected time..nTold Thursday 11th between 7am-7pm..stayed in WHOLE day guess what? NO DELIVERY..NO UPDATE..NO OPTIONS TO CHANGE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS...ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!
Shocking. Went down with my disable father. Spoke to careless staff member who i explained my father is disable has no way of getting down to sorting office. Explained woman on phone give number for item and told bring ID which according to them wasn't enough. Opening times are wrong. False info given. No card left right address twice which has made an item of collection 2weeks disgusting. Never using royal mail again.
Don't be caught out by the opening times on Google. It's basically open for 2 hours each day during the week and closed at the weekend.
Never had a single issue with my post in L30. Always on time and our postie is the nicest fella you can meet, always goes above and beyond to make sure we get our letters and parcels. If I missed him then our stuff goes straight back here. The place is easy to find although on some days parking can be a bit of an issue. I’ve even been able to pickup a parcel I missed the same day thanks to the lovely guys who work here! Don’t understand the flak these guys get, they work hard and without them you wouldn’t get anything at all. Good job RM Bootle DO.
