Thanks for saving my day. I was about to board the Isle of Wight ferry for the Randonnee when my shoe wouldn't unclip due to a slipping cleat from lost bolts. So grateful to these guys. We managed to break my front disc brake on the way down to the New Forest in the car. We headed straight for the bike shop who did a fantastic job of fixing it speedily and very reasonably on the Saturday of a very hot and busy Bank Holiday weekend. We only had bike gear with us so it would have been a tricky weekend if they hadn't helped us out as there all the hire bikes in the area were fully booked. They looked to be selling some great bikes too. Thoroughly recommend Boost Bike Hub.

Bought a bike from here just over a year ago, it's been absolutely superb. If anything ever goes wrong with it they always know how to fix it, and have sometimes even explained how to do so over the phone. Excellent customer service
