Best place for desserts. Regular at Boomshakes since 3 years. Yummy!!! cakes, cheesecakes, pancakes, crepes, waffles with alot of variety and taste. lovely milkshakes with various different chocolates. authentic food. very good customer service..especially by Nash. Helpful staff.
Milkshakes are excellent hence I have been coming here for years. The service is usually quick and polite. The restuarant is clean and tidy, a nice place to catch up with friends or family in a pleasant social enviroment. Nice place just to come for a dessert, but the food is also good, nice choice of indo-chinese cusine. also nice that they reward loyalty,collecting stamps and giving you a free milkshake. also I like the fact they send me a £5 voucher on my birthday!
One word- AWESOME. Don't understand some reviews people put up. Been going there well over 4 years- never had a problem always new, always good for quantity and service is too good for a local place that isn't well advertised. Can't get enough of the new things and am yet to find fault. Bring me a Boomshake please. free milkshake for me please for my wicked review. Joke!
Avoid!!! If you go there, expect to wait more than 20 minutes for a milkshake or dessert. If you do get a milkshake, expect it to be weak with barely no flavour...it's as though they only put 1 oreo in an oreo milkshake! May as well get a Mcflurry for a lot cheaper and add a sprinkling of oreo crumbs! Don't expect better service when you order over the phone either! I ordered a Peanut Butter Reese's milkshake and instead got a banana milkshake with a hint of peanut butter! The man over the phone refused to admit to his mistake nor offer an exchange even though i was willing to go back myself and take the banana milkshake which hadn't been consumed. The only reason I've even awarded it a star is because their hot cookie dough dessert is actually pretty good and does taste fresh like advertised... shame about the rude staff! Overall, slow service and even worse customer service which lets the whole establishment down...
Rubbish service and poor quality. They used more of the milk than the oreo in the milkshake, was not satisfied at all!! I was better off just drinking a normal glass of milk. Please avoid not worth the money.
Ordered a take away for collection, excellent customer service and a call to let me know when food was ready for collection. I have been using the place for years now and Always out of this world, keep up the good work.
Very nice food and deserts, good no of choices and nice place to seat. Children also can enjoy specially bubblegum ice cream....would love to visit again & again
